I always spend a lot of time thinking about how to create a movie that best fits that unique family. I need to find my “angle”. I discovered the perfect angle for Ayden’s family when I read the beautiful words they chose for the closing title of the movie. “We hope that this video will give you memories of your first home in China. You were loved far before we ever saw your face...” My object became to do just that!
Riley Year 3: Age 3-4
Three years ago, I gave my impossible-to-shop-for husband a video that covered our adoption process for Christmas. He loved it. Every year since, he has asked for a new video to sum up our year. He just bought himself an mp3 player that also plays video. He now carries all 3 videos with him everywhere he goes.
